It's a beautiful Monday Morning and I am so excited to get my day started. I would like to pose a "Challenge" to all of my readers...
Everytime you think about it, or are facing a difficult situation, need to make a decision, talk to someone your worried about talking to either on the phone or in purpose; repeat this over and over in your mind..
I love you, Im sorry, please forgive me, Thank You!
Simply repeat this over and over in your mind, all day long, when ever you feel anxiety about anyone or anything. You will find that the difficult decisions become easier, decisions in general become easier, conversations flow more smoothly and every aspect of your life, especially relationships, are better.
