time to chill!!

Hello friends,
sometimes I get so wound up with the kids. Last nite my oldest son had his friend over to stay the nite and my youngest and his best bud camped out in the living room floor while my daughter was staying across the street with her friend. At 3:45am. she was pecking on my window wanting to come in. After I got back to bed it only took about 2 seconds to pass out. Then the day has been nonstop coming/going, the alternator went out on my car, starter went out on my husbands truck, still kids coming and going blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada....LOL Times like these can cause major stress if you let it. Find a quiet spot, close the door and your eyes and meditate. You could even let "calgon" take you away!! If you let the stress of everyday life stress you out you will pull more stress yourway. Why would anyone want more stress? I can't imagine a good enough reason for that! You deserve some quiet time, time to "chill-out", regroup, remember that what you think and believe, you recieve!! So take a break! I know I am. Until next time...
